CADS 5500: Professional Developement

This course is designed for merchandising students to develop professional portfolios in print, digital and web formats, and contents to include in the portfolios. For this project, I created my own brand's strategy through social media marketing.

CADS 5700: Entrepreneurship in Apparel and Interiors

Analyzing business opportunities in textiles, apparel, and interiors; developing marketing concepts and entrance strategies. Quirky Bliss Bridal is a non-traditional bridal boutique developed by myself and a classmate. This project focused on developing a business plan for our boutique as well as defining ourselves as a brand and as business owners.

CADS 2760: Visual Merchandising

History, equipment, application, and theory of display techniques in store and non-store settings. The images below are from projects executed over the semester which assessed our understanding of brand image, visual communication, display techniques.

CADS 5760: Fashion Analysis and Forecasting

Theories explaining fashion dynamics and techniques for forecasting change, with case applications in textiles, apparel, and retailing. This project focused on forecasting the next season's trends for the upcoming season.
